As an Audit Shareholder, Michael specializes in Advisory Services, Assurance Services, and Mergers and Acquisitions. His expertise extends to clients in diverse industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and construction.
As a CPA with a BSBA from the University of New Hampshire, Michael brings a strong educational background to his role. He actively participates in professional organizations, holding memberships in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs). Additionally, Michael serves as treasurer of the Gamma Mu alumni association.

He resides in Merrimac, MA, with his wife Debi, son Alex, and daughter Alyssa. In the past, Michael has been engaged in coaching youth sports teams, including basketball and baseball. He played a crucial role in setting up and incorporating Merrimac Youth Sports, Inc., where he served as Treasurer. Outside of work, Mike enjoys supporting his children in their sporting events, spending time at the beach, engaging in exercise and gardening activities, and traveling to destinations like Martha's Vineyard to unwind.
