Kathy Rizzo

Kathy Rizzo is a highly accomplished Shareholder at Tonneson with an impressive tenure of over 30 years in the firm’s Audit Department. Kathy joined the firm in 1993, with a diverse range of expertise encompassing auditing, accounting, and corporate tax services. Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her expertise includes quality control for pre-issuance reviews of financial statements, internal inspections, and overseeing peer reviews.

Kathy’s specialties lie in Audit Readiness, Advisory Services, Assurance Services, and Mergers and Acquisitions, with a wide-ranging portfolio spanning manufacturers, distributors, service providers, employee benefit plans, and nonprofits. As a CPA and a graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree, Kathy upholds professional standards and holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
