John has over 30 years experience providing assurance, accounting, and consulting services to privately-held companies and not-for-profit organizations. John advises his clients on accounting, financial reporting, succession planning, and other business matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.

John works with contractors, distributors, manufacturers, professional services firms and technology and life sciences companies. In addition, he has worked extensively with not-for-profit organizations with an emphasis on independent private schools. John works closely with each client to provide them with the professional services they need to achieve their objectives and support their missions.

John is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College. John is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Outside of his core duties at the firm, he also enjoys supporting charitable organizations and mentoring staff to help them realize their goals.
