We think it’s important for all employees to continue developing their skills and knowledge. Tonneson employees frequently participate in conferences, industry events, training programs, webinars, and other events to further their education and satisfy their continuing education requirements.

Mentor Program

Tonneson’s mentor program pairs every staff member one-on-one with an advisor whom they can rely for guidance and insights about their career paths. We care about our employees’ personal and professional growth, and we want them to have the resources and support necessary to achieve their goals.

Leadership and Innovation

We frequently send our staff to AICPA ENGAGE, the AICPA Women’s Global Leadership Summit, the MSCPA Emerging Leaders Summit, the MSCPA Women’s Leadership Summit, CCH Connections and other conferences to help build their leadership skills and bring back new ideas to the firm.
