New Hire On-boarding

From day one, we make every employee feel welcome and know that we are committed to their success. Every Fall, we welcome a class of new associates to the firm, and their first two weeks are always devoted to orientation and training. We provide extensive training while also exposing them to staff across the firm. We plan social events, lunches with firm leadership, talks with young associates who have just completed their first year, and more.
