We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in a CPA firm to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities include coordinating the hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates and applying advanced interviewing techniques.

There is an option for part-time or full-time.

Essential Job Functions

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms, etc.)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone and video)
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Participate in job fairs
  • Collaborate with HR to identify future hiring needs

Preparation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Hands-on recruiting experience (Industry experience a plus)
