International Tax Manager

The International Tax Manager will assist the International Tax Managing Director in the delivery of a full range of Tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. The responsibilities for this highly visible slot include interacting with clients and assisting the Managing Tax Director to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance. Perform the primary review of complex tax returns. This individual will also work closely with partners and staff on client management. Finally, this individual will help develop and manage staff on engagements.

Responsibilities include

• Manage the delivery of international tax services. To assist the Managing Tax Director in advising US and Foreign Multinational companies.
• Assist in advising tax implications of international operations as well as coordinating U.S. Tax Laws with Foreign Tax Laws to help develop proper worldwide tax strategies.
• To work with Inbound and Outbound entities and their transactions.
• Help provide advisory services to clients on tax-efficient strategies through the utilization of tax treaties and repatriation programs to minimize worldwide tax burdens.
• Review or analysis of GILTI, FDII, FIRPTA and BEAT tax law provisions and calculations
• Have an understanding and ability to prepare FBAR returns.
• Ability to assist partners and staff in yearly client tax planning
• Help in the conduction of In-House Seminars with respect to Foreign Reporting and Current Tax Issues to keep in-house staff current on the changing climate of International Tax Compliance.

Qualifications include

• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Experience in supervising and training team members
• Capable of handling multiple engagements.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Working toward the successful completion of the CPA Exam.
• Have 6-10 years of experience of which at least four years of working on International Assignments
• Computer expertise including exposure to tax software and technology.
• Excellent writing skills.
