
Our DEI Committee
Tonneson + Co’s DEI Committee focuses on empowering staff to improve awareness of DEI within and outside the company and to encourage a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment that fosters growth, community, and collaboration.
Some of our areas of focus include:
- Providing DEI education and training for our staff
- Fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging
- Communicating and collaborating outside the firm about DEI
- Expanding the diversity of our professional networks, advisors, and client base
- Implementing diverse recruiting strategies
- Collaborating with colleges and high schools to build awareness and increase diversity in our recruiting
- Contributing to DEI efforts in our community
