He works closely with the owners and management team in his client base to remain current on their long-term vision and to plan for changes that may occur in their short or long-term operational needs.
Scott acts as an advisor in the mergers and acquisitions field assisting in the analysis and diligence with experience on both the purchase and sales side of transactions. His specific industry areas include manufacturers, distributors, and service companies.
Education & Associations
Scott received a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business, and a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant, and resides on the boards of both the Lynch Van Waterloo YMCA, and Tedesco Country Club. Mr. Garabedian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Williams College Alumni Association.
