Previous experience includes working for a manufacturing company, performing all functions within the manufacturing process from receiving to shipping.
Professional Background
Rich works closely with the management team in his privately-held client base to remain current on their long-term vision and to plan for changes that may occur in their short or long-term operational needs or goals. Rich has also been involved as an advisor in the mergers and acquisitions field, assisting with the analysis and due diligence, with experience on both the purchase and sales side of transactions.
For his non-profit clients, he provides direction to help these organizations work toward achieving their long-term mission objectives. Rich can take on the role of an auditor, tax planner and business consultant which can vary based on each client’s needs.
Education & Associations
Rich received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Merrimack College. Rich is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Rich is the President of the Board of Directors of the Mousam Lake Region Association, a 450+ member non-profit organization that protects water quality for the Mousam Lake Watershed in Acton and Shapleigh, Maine. Rich also volunteers as a coach for a number of local youth softball teams and is an elected town meeting member. Mr. Eagleston is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
