John has worked with a diverse group of clients from development stage entities to organizations with over $250 million in revenue. Industries of primary focus include contractors, independent private schools, manufacturers and distributors, professional service firms and brokers, and technology and life science companies. John enjoys working closely with each client as an advisor on accounting and financial reporting matters as well as business and industry issues. He has provided consulting services in the area of mergers and acquisitions including providing advice on deal structures and performing due diligence services. John has experience representing both buyers and sellers in these transactions. He also provides succession planning consulting to the owners of closely-held companies.
John has A-133 audit knowledge and has worked with a large number of not-for-profit organizations including all of the Firm’s independent private school clients. Supporting the vital missions of these important organizations has been a rewarding experience for John and the Firm. John enjoys providing objective analysis to each organization to help them define their goals and achieve their missions.

John received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified in Financial Forensics. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
