Professional Background
Diana is an Associate in the tax department at tonneson + co. She prepares tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, non-profits, estates and trusts. Diana has a background in International corporate law with strengths in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and taxation. She strives to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and is vigilant of changes in tax law and benefits that may affect her clients.
Education & Associations
Diana received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from McGill University in her hometown of Montreal, Canada. She received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University Law School with a concentration in international law and her MBA in Finance from Hofstra University. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is presently awaiting admittance to the New York Bar. Diana is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association and is currently pursuing an LLM in Taxation at Boston University’s School of Law.
