• Areas of Emphasis: Over twenty years experience providing assurance and accounting services to privately-held companies and not-for-profit organizations along with extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and business forecasts and projections. Advisor to clients on accounting and financial reporting matters as well as business and industry issues. Industries of primary focus include contractors, independent private schools, manufacturers and distributors, professional service firms and brokers, and technology and life science companies.
• Why Public Accounting: I chose a career in public accounting because I wanted to be part of a profession that allowed me the opportunity to utilize my skills to provide value-added services to a diverse client base and work with a talented group of people. Integrity and professionalism have been the hallmarks of public accounting and were the characteristics that attracted me to this career.
